(Jan-Feb) The cherry blossom of XieYunGong temple(協雲宮) is the most famous one in the Central Taiwan. There are over 3,000 cherry blossom trees were planted around the temple.

XieYunGong temple is located in Shitan, Miaoli(苗栗獅潭). If you come here by driving, the temple has a large parking lot.

The cherry blossom trees were planted along the hillside.

Another beautiful angle of the cherry blossoms from the inside of the temple.

The color of the flowers is crimson or dark red and the variety perhaps is Taiwan Cherry (Prunus Campanulata).

The oldest cherry tree is over 30 years old. The temple has different kinds of cherry blossoms. They blossom in the different time from Jan to Mar.
